Restore the Sierra Club Protect Its Integrity

Elect Matt, Pat, Paul & Mark to E-Com

Restore the Sierra Club. Protect Its Integrity.

The San Francisco Bay Chapter of the Sierra Club, once a model of grassroots environmental leadership, is at a crossroads. Real estate interests, developer PACs, and political operatives are attempting to steer our chapter away from its mission of protecting land, water, air, and communities.

This election is our chance to reclaim the Sierra Club for its members not corporations, not PACs, not “greenwashed” developer agendas.

Vote Environment, Not Developers.

Vote for Paul Seger, Pat Piras, Mark Van Landuyt, and Matt Morrison.

Leave the 5th line blank to strengthen your ballot.

Proven Track Record of Protection & Enforcement

Led efforts that helped secure shoreline parklands

Filed and won CEQA actions to stop toxic and harmful development

Defended the Endangered Species Act and environmental review laws

Why Choose Us

We are long-time volunteers, environmental advocates, land defenders, habitat protectors, and community stewards. We’ve fought for shoreline parks, challenged toxic polluters, defended California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and held the line against greenwashing.

Keep Corporations Out of Conservation

No PACs. No real estate money. No backdoor deals. Sierra Club leadership should serve ecosystems and people — not developers, tech financiers, or PG&E.

Restore Democracy & Member Power

We will protect and enforce the Sierra Club’s bylaws, ensure transparent decision-making, and stop political appointments designed to consolidate power.

Defend CEQA & Environmental Laws

CEQA and NEPA are not “red tape.” They are the backbone of environmental justice, public oversight, and ecological protection.

Protect Public Land From Private Profit

We fight for shoreline access, regional parks, clean water, habitat protection, wildfire safety, and climate resiliency, not 7-story market-rate towers greenwashed as “sustainability.”

RESTORATION OF THE SIERRA CLUB

Our movement must be led by those who are accountable to the membership not to billionaires, political consultants, or developer-funded PACs.
